LocalAgentPicks.com ("LocalAgentPicks," "we," "us") is operated by the Nickle Team, brokered by eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, Inc., California DRE #02188471, 3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Suite 245, Long Beach, CA 90822. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What LocalAgentPicks is

LocalAgentPicks matches home sellers and buyers with licensed real estate agents who are members of the Nickle Team. Our agent picks are drawn from the Nickle Team, not from every agent in your market. Matches are based on your answers, the agent's experience with similar properties and areas, and availability. Using the site is free and creates no obligation to hire anyone.

No agency relationship

Submitting a request does not make any agent your representative. An agency relationship begins only when you sign a written agreement with the agent and brokerage, and California law requires certain disclosures before that happens. Nothing on this site is an appraisal, a valuation, an offer to purchase, or legal, tax, or financial advice.

Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including the phone number and property address.

Consent to be contacted

When you enter your phone number and tap "See my agent picks," you give LocalAgentPicks, the Nickle Team, and eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, Inc. your express written consent to contact you at that number about your request by call and text message, including with automated dialing technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. No guarantee of results

Sold counts, review counts, and ratings shown on this site are team figures from the sources named, as of the date shown, and are not a promise about your transaction. Real estate outcomes depend on market conditions, your property, and your decisions.

Fair housing

We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and California fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, familial status, disability, source of income, or any other protected characteristic.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, submit requests on behalf of others without authorization, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel any request.

Intellectual property

The LocalAgentPicks name, logo, design, and content are owned by the Nickle Team or its licensors. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of finding an agent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalAgentPicks, the Nickle Team, eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, Inc., and their agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [JAMS or AAA] under its consumer rules, in Orange County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing legal@localagentpicks.com within 30 days of first using the site. [Counsel to confirm clause and administrator.]

Governing law and changes
