LocalAgentPicks.com ("LocalAgentPicks," "we," "us") is operated by the Nickle Team, brokered by eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, Inc., California DRE #02188471, 3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Suite 245, Long Beach, CA 90822. This policy explains what personal information we collect on LocalAgentPicks.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It also serves as our Notice at Collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA").

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation) through this site.
Why we collect it
- To match you with agents on the Nickle Team and deliver your agent picks
- To contact you about your request by phone, text, and email, as you consented when you submitted the form
- To send you market information and offers from the Nickle Team, which you can stop at any time
- To measure and improve our advertising and this site
- To prevent fraud, secure the site, and comply with law, including California Department of Real Estate record-keeping rules
Who we share it with
- The Nickle Team agents matched to you and our brokerage, eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, Inc.
- Service providers that act on our instructions: our customer relationship management platform (Brivity), hosting, email and text-messaging vendors, call tracking, and analytics
- Advertising partners such as Google and Meta, which receive information about your visit through cookies and pixels so we can measure ads and show you relevant ones. Under the CCPA this is "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out below
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
Retention
We keep lead and transaction records for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet California real estate record-keeping requirements, generally [three] years after last contact or the close of a transaction, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics and advertising data follow the retention settings of those platforms, typically 14 to 26 months.
Cookies, pixels, and Global Privacy Control
We use cookies and pixels from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta to run and measure advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. You can also opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share page or by adjusting your browser settings.
Your California privacy rights

We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records, and we respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Security and changes
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor agreements to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. When this policy changes, we update the date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site.
