What you agreed to

When you submitted your phone number on LocalAgentPicks.com, you consented to receive calls and text messages from LocalAgentPicks, the Nickle Team, and eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles, Inc. about your request and related real estate services. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent was not required to use our service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your request; expect an initial text from your matched agent and follow-ups as your transaction moves. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Texts: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help.
Calls: tell the agent on the call, or email privacy@localagentpicks.com, or call (844) 922-7653.

We honor revocations made by any reasonable method within 10 business days and keep an internal do-not-call list. If you are on the National Do Not Call Registry, your prior express written consent on this site is what allows us to contact you, and revoking it ends that permission.

Recording

Some calls may be recorded for training and record-keeping. You will be told at the start of any recorded call, as California law requires.
